Things never change, though. Most of this wouldn't be half as annoying and 99% as frusterating as it is if only TNT bothered to communicate with us. I'd (probably) be much more forgiving of the lag, the lack of plot prizes, the crappy coloring, the unreleased items, and the rest of the crap I haven't remembered yet if TNT would just tell us why, or assure us that they're working to make it better.
I know they're human, and I know it's just a free (for many of us) pet site, but as a company, they're giving us horrible service without so much as an excuse, and I find that unprofessional, to say the least.
I must say, I full heartedly agree with you. I gave up on hoping for plot prizes. Just been telling myself that we'll eventually get them....
I'm tired of the crappy service. My mate got frozen, because we use the same IP address, and TNT assumed we were cheating. Thankfully they gave him back his account.
I don't care anymore about the crappy news...or the rest of the crap. This lag has pushed me too far. I thought premium would be a good thing, but now I don't know. I've very close to quiting. And if I do, they'll loose a paying customer.
