I think I would just leave and hit up the next diner. Maybe laugh at the poor saps eating the unholy dinner. (Depends on my niceness factor that day, and if I'm in the mood for a karma kickback.)

Is this supposed bathroom in full view of the restaurant? I don't really go looking into restaurant bathrooms to make sure the cook is washing their hands.

I think I'd leave. I'm the sort of person who wouldn't want to make a fuss and drive away business.
If I were with a group, I'd tell them about it, but if they were okay with it I'd just stay and not eat anything.
