I had the same thing! The "Tarla is in the building" link showed up for me once, but I wanted to wait for the dropped item. Blinked again...not there. Again...not there. Five minutes later...blinked again, this time with a link for the dropped item. Was lucky enough to get an Alkenore.

Have people been sending bug reports to TNT about this?

Hmmm. Blinky blink and I clicked, but got the message that she could only give me one prize per day. After cursing some about how I hadn't gotten a prize in days, I realised that the page had loaded twice. After closing the 'I can only give you one prize per day', I discovered the other one which said:

Snowager Plushie

Mine was doing the same thing this morning. I just caught her on this second time as she was on her way out: Ultranova Rug

I have found that even when it's a real alert, I almost always have to refresh the pop-up page a few times to get the Tarla message with the link.
