I always thought of her as lonely. I don't know why. Just that she seemed to have it all, yet there was this look in her eyes. Like the smile was pasted on just so no one would know. It is sad that the media thought it OK to beat on her as much as they did. Don Henley's song plays in my head "Dirty Laundry." Let me tell you, if I ever had a son die and had all those jerks with microphones stuck in my face, while I was grieving, I wouldn't have a problem telling them just where they could stick those mics and then slamming the door right in their faces--hopefully getting a few bruised noses in the process.

One of the news stations here in Dallas went down to her hometown (which is about 2 hours from here), and interviewed some people who knew her. One of the teacher aides at her old high school said when she attended school, she wasn't hanging out with a group of girls, a group of boys, or a mixed group; she was always seen alone.

At least now the news crews will leave my neighborhood... they have a bigger tragedy to focus on.

This is so sad. Usually, I am the FIRST person to say that people chose to be famous, so they shouldn't complain about the paparazzi. They just wouldn't leave Anna Nicole Smith alone. Her son DIED five months ago, and they wouldn't leave her alone. She's had it tough for a long time, and it's pathetic that people will still make fun of her after her death.

For what it's worth, I hope Howard K Stern gets custody of the kid instead of that other guy, because Stern was there for Anna Nicole through her hard time the last few months, instead of riding her coattails to get a little bit of fame like that other guy.

Gaah!
Whole family found out when we were watching WSB-TV (lawl. We're not supposed to...). It went something along the lines of...

Reporter: And later, more on the unexpected death of Anna Nicole Smith.
DM's Family: HUH?! *everyone falls out of seats*

Or something like that.

She was under a lot of pressure. I'm thinking a drug overdose of some kind.
God, what is the world coming to? First Steve Irwin, now Anna Nicole. D:

That's exactly what happened when they went after insane astronaut lady's neighbors (including myself). Yep, I slammed the door on a reporter :D When they tried to set up satellite equipment on my neighbor's yard, he kicked them off at gunpoint.

As for Anna Nicole, I'm really sad to hear that she died. She lost control of her own life and paid the ultimate price for it. If anything, this should serve as an example of what happens when you take drugs.

No, it's what happens when you mix methadone, valium and cocaine.

Methadone + Valium + Cocaine = Drugs.

I know, but individually, and in small amounts it's not very likely they will kill you. When you mix depressants and stimulants in excess, it will kill you.

any of them in excess will kill you, individually or in combination.

and even at low levels there's still a decent chance that they could kill you, particuarly if they've been cut with something else or if they have been made badly, which with illegal drugs is a really high chance.

basicallly - illegal drugs = BAD

Or any drug in excess, for that matter, even something like Tylenol.

Lately, I've been hearing a lot more about how prescription drugs (not prescribed to you) are bad, like Ritalin, Vicodin, Xanax, Valium, Oxycontin, etc. Then again, it is illegal if it's prescription but it's not prescribed to you and you're taking it.

It depends what the drug is though. One hit of cocaine could kill you.

She was a model who married a 67-year-old billionaire in the mid-90's. He died a year or so later, and a court battle sprang up over who should get his inheritance: her or his son. She also was on a rather popular TV show.

can't find the sig from this set, so instead, you get a <3 .
