The wise Gnorbu says: "That is the correct answer, great job! Here is a fantastic reward for your diligence."

Mint Rolls

First time I got it right, and I worked it out all by myself *beams with pride*

Let's trade :P

I'm surprised there isn't a petpage up with answers to each possible moon position or something.

If this actually uses all the positions shown in the demo (clicking on the moon to make everything orbit), it'd probably way too hard to have every possible degree for each possible angle.

This guide is more indepth than the others I've seen so far. (I haven't gotten a lunar problem wrong yet, but now that I've mentioned it, I'm sure I'll find about a dozen things wrong with the guide. )

Edit : Here and here are guides including View Source + a mathamatical formula.

Okay, there has to be a glitch. I KNOW my answer was right and he still told me I got it wrong. I even used the guide in the last post to check my answer. Using the chart, I said it was number 9, full moon. The moon was in a straight line, directly on the opposite side of where the sun is.

edit: I did it the view source way and still got #9. It wasn't rounded though, after i divided, it was 9.15blablabla. I wonder if that is why it's causing it to glitch.

Ooh! I got it right today! Glow in the dark moon.

Thank you Selelight for posting those guides! The first one helped me a lot! As a result, I've gotten it right for the first time and I've received a Black Cherry Tea for my efforts! :D

Yeah, from what I've been hearing there's still a glitch with the full moon where it won't accept the correct answer. At this point, if you're asked about the full moon I don't think that there's a way to get the answer right.

Yeah, the full moon seems to have a problem. On the bright side(as opposed to the dark side, I suppose), I think there'll be an easy way to tell what angle the moon is supposed to be at, based on the number in the source code. It's based on degrees, and with 16 different places, you'll be able to look at the number, consult a chart, and get the right answer. None of this messing around with forumulas or drawing angles in paint!

Today I received a "Soggy Old Box" (for getting a wrong answer). It's description is: "With a bit of care and attention this box could be restored." Does anyone know about this? I tried taking it to the toy repair shop, but he wouldn't do anything with it. I wonder, even if I did do something to restore it, what would it be good for? Just wondered if anyone knew about this.

That's weird, I got it right when it was a full moon.

Yay, did the view source thingy and got it right, FINALLY.

Got Lotus Leaves. :)

I may have to start doing the "view source" thing. I know perfectly well how moon phases work and I've only gotten this right once, despite being more-or-less certain I was right several times now (including one full moon I KNOW I was right on).

yay source codes! *clap clap* got a golden moon comb.

Thanks a ton for that! I actually got it right thanks to that guide!

Thank you for all the hints. I enjoy figuring it out by looking at it, but I only get it right about half the time. So I may have to try the view source method.
