This is a random thought, but it makes me slightly chuckle to think of...

Since the Dare is sponsored by the Last Mimsy... I would crack up if the final prizes were Last Mimsy promotional items. "Congratulations -- for defeating AAA on launch day all 31 days... you win a Stuffed Mimsy!"

:)

That would not be funny. I would throw my virtual furniture at TNT if that were the case.

I'm so glad today's game is Snowball Fight. One of the few games I'm naturally decent at.

I was having trouble with this game, until I realized there's no timer.

If you're running low on snowballs, just ignore the popup pets and wait for the polarchuck to come by and hit him. Rinse and repeat until you're full again. Then pelt the pets! :)

Yeah; the lack of timer is why I'm decent at the game. :P Also, however tempting it is, do NOT try to aim for a polarchuck over the head of a faerie. You will always, ALWAYS hit her.

I also try to keep at least two of the five possible snowballs up in the right side of the screen, and once I get lower than that, I do nothing but look for polarchucks. The second snowball is insurance in case I accidentally hit a faerie due to wind shift.

Oh, and the wind can and will change mid-throw. There's not much you can do about it, except pray that the ball hits something you wanted it to.

EDIT: Oh! And if Ollie (Orange-Shirt Guy) shows up, pelt him! He's worth 50 points if you nail him in the face, 25 if you hit him elsewhere.

Speaking of mid-throw...I hate it when a faerie pops up on the path of a snowball AFTER it is thrown....

It's a terribly annoying way to lose 10 snowballs...

I still can't beat destruct-o-match. This is just getting silly now. Does anyone have any other tips for me besides the "Destroyboulders" cheat?

Best I can say for that game is don't over think it. Don't be like 'oh there's 3 that match' just click like crazy it doesnt hurt to overclick.

Save the bomb for last, of course.
If you get one of those 'remove all of one color' bricks, first click away all of that color, and try get as much as possible, even if it means clicking through others first to get it. After you got them all, use the Remove brick to clear any remaining singles
Then concentrate on another color and see if it's possible to clear that color entirely as well.
If you have 'drop a line of bricks' brick, use it when you have already cleared one or two colors. That way you'll have more chance of the remaining bricks to match up.
If you get a 'triple up' brick, make it your priority. Clear all bricks from other colors around it and try to connect the color of that brick, making a huge block of it. Once there's no way of getting more bricks of that color connected to it, clear it to cash in the points.

Some other tips: If you don't get the maximum bonus in the first two levels, start over. Try and get some bonus in the later levels, too. If you haven't gotten a 'triple up' brick in the first five leves, start over. They are the best point boost next to the bonus points

It also doesn't hurt to stop and think about what your move will do.

I tend to take my time playing DoMII. Generally if a boulder I remove will make more fall down, or make a column move over, I stop and see if that move will be either a good one, or a bad one. Generally if it matches up some singles, or helps with the triple points block, then it's good. xD

Sorry if that sounded confusing. >>;

Ahh...see I didn't know there wasn't a timer. Thanks for the tips guys. That's one more challenge down! Just think about it, we're nearing to the end. Is anyone else jittery from the anticipation of the end of this Daily Dare? :D

What's RSI?

Personaly when I play the game i dont put alot of thought into it. More so because if i think I overthink then its very much game over for me.... But I must say i DO have a decent score on that game..... nothing trophy worthy but decent.

I have a silver trophy in Destruct-O-Match II, and I win World Challenges all the time. Here's my general method:

1. Get rid of the countdown block.
2. See which color contains the block that, when you click it, makes all the blocks of that color disappear (the block with the circle and arrows). Get rid of as many blocks of that color as you can manually, and when you have just a few left, click the special block (you don't get points for the ones that it vanishes).
3. In early levels, you'll now have three colors left. Pick one of the remaining colors BESIDES the one with the question mark block (assuming you have a question mark block). Try to get rid of all blocks of that color.
4. When you're down to two colors, try to group all the ones of the question-mark-block color. Click that, and a shower of blocks will fall from the sky, all in the one remaining color.
5. Click any block and they'll all disappear. If you have just a couple blocks left surrounding the fire block, that's okay too.
6. Finally, click the block with the fire on it. As (or after) your score is totalling, type "destroyboulders" for an extra 250 points (only if you have completely cleared the level. You can do this only once per game).

In later levels, you will have more colors, so you'll have to try to group them and get rid of as many as you can before hitting that question mark block. I usually try not to hit it unless I have at most three colors including it -- say, if it's blue and I also have green and orange, I try to group all the blue, then hit it, so only green and orange fall. Then I can almost always get rid of all of those easily. You want to have four blocks or less left at the end of each level for bonus points.

Generally, I try to have a score of around 650 after level one, 1000+ after level two, and 1200+ (preferably 1400+) after level three.

Good luck! :)

Repetitive Strain Injury (yes, they always have to think of fancy names for it :)). Basically if you work behind a computer all day and don't sit right, you'll get in trouble, starting with your mouse hand. It'll start to get sore from the stress, then painful, then possibly permanent.

Seeing as the end is drawing near, I'm curious as to how many people are still in the race of completing the AAA challenge at the launch day. I did a few Abigail's in the beginning, because I figured I couldn't beat AAA in all games, but as it turns out, in most games I can :P. I wonder if they'll also calculate a score on how well you do, rather than just one of the four prizes
