My gnorbu is only 28 days old, which might explain it. However, my lab pet is 34 days old and I can dress her up. So I'm going to hazard a guess and say the pet has to be a month old for this function to work on them.
Why have an age limit, I wonder?

It seems that most of the people that are complaining in the boards think that this is a 'free' way to have 'painted' pets. They use the same arguments as the GUP people (like lazy people will be able to have 'painted' pets) or they worry about deflation of the paintbrushes. But they are missing the fact that, when this 'customisation' will be for real, we will probably have to pay for the clothes.
