I'm back...I guess?

I can't believe I remembered my login for this site! This is a bit lengthy, I apologize in advance!

My name is Carol, and for 4 years or so I played as schnozbrry. About 2 years ago, I was frozen from a glitch suddenly. I believe this was shortly after the Meridell/Darigan war ended. I was an avatar collecter, and I remember I was working on the Ice Cream Factory avatar at the time. I was doing quite well for myself, I had a complete Slorg gallery and was in the top 50 for avatars, so needless to say, I was pretty devastated when I was frozen and didn't get my account back.

To make a long story short, I just got a new job, and I seem to have some extra *cough* free time during the day, so I poked back into Neo to see what was up. My account is now carol4cubs, and I'm basically starting from scratch. I'm interested to hear from some people who were around during the time I last played, and who have played consistently since. I'd like to know about any major changes you feel have affected the game, things you like, and things you don't, and also, what tips you can give me for a FORMERLY very experienced player who feels a bit out of touch.

As of yet, I've been restocking books (I have literally 5K NP to work with), playing games, trying to build a list of dailiers, and collecting all the eaxsy avatars using starried.net.

Oooh let's see, this is off the top of my head, so forgive me if I get dates mixed up...

New worlds:
Altador
Shenkuu
Lutari Island (not much to see unless you have a certain phone company that I forget, and am too lazy to look up)
Geraptiku...? I can't remember when it came out, but it's on Mystery Island.

New dailies:
King Altador (only after you finish the plot, which is still open to complete as far as I know)
Lunar Temple (I use this guide)
If Geraptiku is new to you, then the deserted tomb, too...

Plots and sitewide competitions:
Curse of Maraqua Plot/War
Altador Plot
Altador Cup (everybody picks a world as their team and then plays a soccer-like game)
Lost Desert Plot (....that I didn't do and don't know anything about)
Cyodrake's Gaze Plot/Mystery
Tale of Woe Plot/War
Daily Dare (beat some dude named AAA's scores in random games once a day through March, win fabulous prizes)

Just plain new:
Games room revamp
Premium
Toolbar

My main account would have been 81 months old.

When I finally inquired about getting it unfrozen (a couple of months ago) I was told it was "too old" to be unfrozen.

Even though all my old pets are able to be searched.

Is there any hope there? Or should I move on?

When I was frozen 3 or 4 years ago they also told me my account was too old to be unfrozen, but I told them there was no possible way since my shop (URL of it), pets, and trades (at the time, before they automatically canceled them after 2 weeks) were all still there. They gave in an unfroze me.
But now that TNT hardly ever replies to emails personally, I doubt you'll have any luck. But try and tell them that there's no way it's too old and send them URLs to your pets, shop (if you had one), game scores, battledome scores, etc.

lol. Thanks guys. Apologies for posting in the wrong place.

I just tried to sign up for Premium on my new account, but my credit card is still linked to my old account. I emailed support again, using that as leverage, so hopefully I at least get someone to email me back since it has to do with premium.

I really should have done more when I was first frozen, but to be honest, I was so upset with what happened that I couldn't even bear to come onto the site - isn't that silly?
