I vote for the fortune cookie. It's cute, it's (relatively) simple, and it's face-to-face.
I know girls who would be very freaked out by the announcement or rocks, even if they liked the guy. It's a bit much.

Well, it seems quite clear that most of PPT wants you to do the fortune cookie. *points at results*
And again, the rocks seem cocky, the announcements put a lot of pressure and it wouldn't be very good, the cookie though is a nice touch.
