Hi all! I've been a premium member before but I cancelled because I stopped playing Neo. I've recently started playing, so I wanted to join Premium again.
When I try to sign up I can't get past the first page.

Like isn't there a usually a button that says 'Go to the next step' or something? I can't get to the second part of signing up.

Can anyone help please? Am I not doing/pressing something right?

You can't subscribe under the same username twice. Since you were Premium before, your account is still in their system. Just contact tech support and tell them you want to renew your subscription.

I'm sorta in the same situation... I signed up under noone - way back when premium was first introduced you didn't need a referral - but quit before my trial was up. Now i'd like to give a referral bonus to someone, but I have the same blocking message. Do you think if I call the Tech Support they would discontinue my premium so I restart it?

I would call and they should be able to sort everything out. Besides it's not like TNT is going to resist getting more money from another Neopian. Peoples opinions change of Premium so I doubt they would black list you forever. Now if you were to abuse free trial after free trial maybe. But yeah, trying it once won't get u banned. I hope it gets sorted out.

Does anyone have the website? Apparently my year is up.. and I have ads and all that not so fun stuff again and I want to renew! ^.^
