This petpage might have what you're looking for.

I'm still not quite warming up to this new layout :(
It's not very confusing at all; it's just the whole redrawing of pets, the customizing of pets, and just in general, it looks very elementary.

I've been browsing the site today and geez, TNT are the ones that were not prepared.

There are still old images on the create a pet page. I would be pretty miffed if I was a new user and endded up with a pet that looks different from what I had chosen.
Plus, when you open the about this species window, the close button doesn't work. Or at least it doesn't work for me (I'm using the Altador Constellations sidebar)

And that mess on one of the first pages you see is supposed to attract new users... how, exactly? o_O

After looking at that petpage, I no longer want a MSPP.
Some colours are really ill-suited to the new redraw, like plushies and grey pets. Also, what's with grey wings on some of the faerie pets? o_O

I just went on Neopets today after several months (I've only been on once or twice these past few months - I've kind of lost interest), and I was totally surprised to see the new layout and the pet redraws. Honestly, I can't stand the new layout. I hate the fact that the userlookups are now completely messed up, and you can hardly customize them. I loved how the old layout was easy to navigate, but I've hardly been able to find my way around the site today. I can't figure out where I go to change my gelert's pet page, which I've been wanting to fix up and enter into Site Spotlight. Plus, I'm not too crazy about any of the pet redraws. I thought they were all just fine before, and a lot of the ones I thought were really cute look so different now. :( I think I won't hate it so much once I figure my way around, but I still wish they would go back to the old layout. It was so much better.

I haven't been on neo in about 2 weeks, and when I saw the reconstructed neo I was like.... uhhh? The layout isn't so bad, but now I have ugly pets. :( I don't really like how all my pets are "pumped" to fight. Anyone know how to change that?

Well, I'm used to the new layout now. It doesn't bother me nearly as much as it once did.

However, I agree, some of the pets are just grotesque now. The lutari is a prime example. The hissi too. Unfortunately, EVEN IF we don't want to customize... there isn't much we can do in order to go back to the way they used to look.

I would think that they'd change the lutari first, considering that the majority of owners had to PAY FOR THE MOBILE SERVICE TO GET ONE. Sorry for yelling... I just hate the redraw with a burning passion.

After playing around with the new layout for the past week, I admit I don't want to stab my eyes out any more. Not that I like it, mind you, but I am at least tolerating it now. The pets on the other hand....thank goodness they didn't change my Lenny, but my other main pet (a Uni) just looks awkward. My lab pets are just that...lab pets....they'll change eventually or go to a nice new home. The pet redraws are by far the worst part of the entire change and I'm still upset with 95% of them.

I think when I first came upon the new layout I became frustrated for like...two minutes. Aside the pet redraws (completely different rant), I now love the new site layout. It's just so much cleaner and easier and more intuitive to use. Sure it's got some bugs here and there, but it's new, and I'm sure they'll iron those out over time.

Cleaner, sleeker, simpler, layout = win
Drop down menus = win
All of the account and site preferances and customization links in one place = win
Better organized pet central = win (no matter how much they had tried to straighten up the pet central page in the past, it never seemed to get any better until now)
Search bar at the bottom of the screen = :( (whose idea was that?)

Not quite sure where to post this, but since this thread is still active, thought I could place it here.

With the new layout, all of the crazy ads have reappeared. I took some advice months & months ago about setting up a .css file and it worked great, but not anymore. :( I have premium, so my account I only see the new layout change. But I have 4 kids with their own accounts & to tell you the truth, I'm not fond about some of the ads they are seeing.

Has anyone already worked out an adblock for the new layout? Is it even possible? Does anyone have suggestions for this? (Besides buying premium for each of my kids. :D )

Thanks so much!

I agree with ya there, may. I've grown used to the layout. But my poor pets...I'm just glad they didn't force-change my Darigan Hissi. I'm kinda hoping that TNT will redeem themselves with the emotions they want to implement or something, but I am afraid to get my hopes up too high.

Navar, I (and quite a few other users) use Firefox because of a nice little add-on called "Adblock". I can block any ad that I see, which is really nice as it can apply to all websites, not just Neopets.

Oh, thanks! I started using Firefox on my computer because the new IE is totally useless with premium. It sets up great, but constantly crashes if I open more tabs. It also crashed every time I opened the Neo Web Mail. So, just go to FireFox and add this ...extension? or application? I'll go check it out. Thanks.

You said it! Liking the fact that they made the NeoDaq a clickable link from the main page. Yea! Love the drop down menus or the ability to just click the 'main' link for those drop downs. (like clicking My Account and going from there) Another thing that I really like is on the news page. There is a box that says "New in Shops" with the NAMEs of the new items! Cool. Now I can go see who is selling that nifty new item. :)
I think over all, everyone has lots of positive things they like about the new layout. (all the yuck is from the redraws as far as I can tell)

Oh, and the search bar at the bottom? ???? Whatever. I don't want to know who's idea that was. I'd probably have to re-think their whole personality based on that goof.

Hasn't the NeoDaq always been clickable from the main page? I know I got terribly lost before I figured that out last time.

I agree with you on the search bar at bottom = :( thing, also, The event notifications are now much smaller - just a line of text at the top of the page. It's not large enough to grab my attention anymore, though that might just be me..
