thank god i had two scarbs and a leaf shield, a decent hp doesn't hurt eitheer mine is at 52, and i've beeten him about 35 times so far and still going.

The leaf shield is what seems to be making the difference for a lot of people.

I wish I'd done more illusens quests - the leaf shield value shooting through the roof every time there's a war makes it almost worth it, financially.

Great. Here I am TRYING to encourage people to do the puzzles themselves - because the rewards for plots tend to be quite good, and the point is not to have them solved for you, they REALLY are not that difficult. I have solves 20 puzzles and none has taken me more than 15 mins.

And you post that stupid link :x

Plus, this IS not the place to advertise your own page.

Umm, I think that your post is a little harsh. It is not really anyone's place to say how anyone else can or can't get help for the plot.

We indeed did have a few similar programs for the Altador Plot that almost everyone was using and no-one was thought less of for using it.

The only reason that Matty posted the site was because he made it and that it would help people with their puzzles. Would you prefer he had posted a non-user site?

A lot of us found the puzzles easy - but other's don't. It is great you are offering help, but yours isn't the only help and it is up to those wanting help to decide how they choose to do the plot.

Mon May 07, 2007 2:33 pm

Aaaaaanyways, back to the plot? i really could use some help on mine, pic posted above...even just one or two pieces would help...it's weird, usually I'm good at these, but this one, no luck at all... And as for the link, seems like he's just doing the same thing people here are doing, just with numbers instead of them posting a pic.

So what about the Altador constellation program that almost everybody used? What about the guides for the Lost Desert Plot that told you which scrolls you needed and in which order?

Virtually every single neopets fansite has guides up for every single plot. Walkthroughs that explain what to do and in which order, and programs to do some of the work for you (like the constellations and the deck puzzles).

Sure you can argue that people should work things out on their own, but come on, it's not like TNT isn't aware that most of us team up in laaaaarge groups and get massive amounts of help. If they didn't want us to do that, they'd do something about it. And if PPT wanted everyone to be on their own with all or certain parts of the plot, they'd introduce some rules about it.

I respect your opinion and I agree that people should try very hard on their own before asking for help (I did all of mine without help and I'm proud of that), but I don't think it's right for you to go off on someone that wants to help others in a different way than you are, as long as it's not against TNTs rules or PPTs rules. It's really only against what you believe is right, and that's really just your opinion and others have the right to theirs.

Now can we have the next step pls TNT! 8)

Well, this time it comes in handy, since the monster only attacks with earth, water and physical, which are all blocked by Leaf Shield. The last plot mostly had monsters with dark attacks, so it wouldn't have been that helpful. Still, it's one of the better shields out there, so it's always useful to have one

Also, people will probably assume that next waves (if at all) will have monsters using the same type of attack icons. Again, I don't know about past plots before the Haunted Woods, but in that one the monsters all used dark, so maybe here they will use lots of water and earth? Which of course will keep the price of the Leaf Shield soaring

Magic pebbles is useless, it blocks 1 water icon. Using "defend" blocks more than that, and doesn't drain your power. This page will tell you what each ability actually does, most of which are useless. The ones you want are the ones that show a red heart (heal), snowflake (freeze), and icons with slashes through them that say "all" (or a high percentage) next to them (burrow blocks 97.5% of every icon this monster uses).

Not too sure if you are serious or not.

I don't think anyone should be singled out above anyone else - just that we are rewarded accordingly to our efforts.

I have never, ever battle one opponent so much. The most I have ever fought before was 86 fights for 67 wins in the Battle for Meridell Plot and around 100 wins combined for each set of challengers in ToW.

Because TNT has left 1 opponent up for so long, either you fight it or ignore it! I choose to fight and I am sure many, many others will be as well.

If TNT actually updated the plot it would'nt be so boring facing the same opponent endlessly[/code]

Move the mop that you have on the grid all the way to the left (along the bottom of the grid). Then along the bottom of the grid, lay the horizontal mop beside the original mop. The last object along the bottom is one of the items that take up vertically three spaces.

Along the left side again: Just above (and beside) the mop that you put there earlier, put the vertical mop with head pointed to the left. Above that on the left put the small L. Beside the L, put the upside down L.

Beside the upside down L, moving along the top of the grid, put one vertical piece that takes up two spaces. Then, along the top, put the 2 space horizontal piece.

Along the right side of the grid, and just below the horizontal piece, place the other upside down L along the right side.( Below that is the 3 space vertical piece. )

Three spaces from the left and 2 spaces up from the bottom is the other 3 space vertical piece. 4 spaces from the left and 2 spaces from the bottom is the other 2 space vertical piece. Above this piece is the other upside down L.

Sorry I don't have picture cabability, but this should work.
