Why can't you build on that pet's stats? Is this because of the plot with all the BD challengers coming? You don't actually have to defeat any of them, just do what you can. You can easily build that pet up aswell, it would be a complete waste to start again if neopoints are your problem. Earning np should be something you enjoy, sure if you mess up it's lame but you can rise again, calm down! Play some games to get a boost and get RSing!

They are limited edition pets and are only officially released on pet days. Otherwise you get them through the lab ray and morphing potions and so people are usually less inclined to give them up.

That's interesting. Where did you hear it from, if I may ask? Unfortunately, I don't think anyone really knows. The pound will be back when TNT gets around to it, but knowing them that could be anywhere from another few more months to never. Probably not never, though, us players would revolt and invade their HQ demanding answers
