I have about 73 creepy jokes/snarky remarks I could make...wait, no, 74.

But I'll settle for "Happy Birthday!"

I look back on 18 as being one of the few remaining landmark birthdays. Every birthday moving towards that point is "One year closer to 18."

Nineteen is nothing special, except that it's your last year as a teenager, and therefore your last chance to do something dumb and be able to write it off as, "Well, I'm just a teenager."

Then 20, and in the US, 21.

Then 25, which is only big because it means you're officially in your late 20s, and because if you are a guy, your auto insurance rates drop.

From there on out, it's just decades that mean anything.

Anyway, 18 was a good year for me, so congratulations.
