The fighting is for bonus points - but how we get to spend those points is unknown. There is no 'enough' times to fight - it is what your pet is capable of.

If you fought the most your pet could - then you done as much as you could for the bonus points.

Bonus points are for each win - not a set amount of wins - so each win you had, added points to your tally.

The Moach has been defeated, so she is no longer available to fight.

Ah, superb. I imagine the point spending will be like most of the other plots-- a 6 month wait, hooray! No, but I honestly believe the point system will be just like the TOW plot.

I didn't know this about the fights, I thought you only get 20 points for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 etc wins, UNTIL you reach the next level... EG;

1-99 wins = 50 points
100 wins = 100 points

but thankfully, it appears it does not work that way.

So chapter 5 is up, but I couldn't find anything to click on anywhere so I guess no puzzle part yet?

Yeah, I don't believe there's anything much of a puzzle yet. Just the chapter.

I guess we will have no more than 2 more updates left, seeing as the map is almost complete, and i am sure they want to start the Altador Cup... so i am guessing prizes will suck more than the altador plot ones (at least in altador i worked for something good, this plot is the proof TNT is out of imagination....)

I don't mind the pacing of the plot. I have RL activities that take my attention, so several days between updates suits me. I've enjoyed the puzzles that we've had, they have been challenging enough to be interesting to me and yet not so hard that I got frustrated. It took a while but I finally beat the Moach. And I didn't feel compelled to do so or suffer penalties in the plot.

NP is a game, and I want to have fun with it, not be stressed. So far with this plot I'm feelin' mellow.

That's what I'm thinking too...but if that's true, this got to be the shortest [and simplest] plot ever, the Shenkuu one notwithstanding.

Perhaps the captain would leave first, then bring in reinforcements?....

Can you leave a puzzle and then reopen your browswer and pick up where you left off or do you have to start all over? I've spent almost an hour getting that last one thats like time shift trying to complete it. i really stink at puzzle like that.

No idea, but you could always try it out yourself.

All you need to do is screen capture [Press the "Prt Scr" key on your keyboard] the image, paste it into a word document, and you'll have a 'saved' version of your puzzle.

Afterwards, close your browser window, then open the page again, and you'd know.

when i go to the battledomb there is the list of all the challengers to fight and i can't seem to get the maoch...i went through the map and the comic again but can't seem to find it, is there a link in the comic for me to get to the battledome to challenge him?

The Moach is no longer available to fight - they took her down once in the comic, she had been defeated.
