are they worth using or they are better of to sell? I think I heard that they can be used more than once, so if they were, wouldnt it be more profitable to use them for the jobs rather than sell?

I got one, once, off the Wheel of Knowledge. What I made off the coupon far exceeded the sell price of one at that time. It is reusable, as it downgrades each time until it is gone. This was also a while ago, not sure if its changed or not. If you know the prices of items pretty well, then running the jobs can be very profitable as you will be able to judge which ones to select. Maybe someone who has had one more recently can chime in? Like I said, my last one was a while back.

Since this is a thread asking for advice, I have moved it to Neopets Help.

The problem with job coupons is that the upper level jobs are easy to get, while the lower level jobs are nearly impossible to get. I tried the jobs once and ended up losing money, should have sold it.

I think generally it's better to sell it unless you are patient enough to use it. But you get less of a profit most of the time because of the fact that it's so hard to find all jobs that are profitable enough to make up the price that you would get for selling it.

So you can chance it and use it or air on the (semi) safe side and try to buy it.

Green Job Coupon, cost around 40,000, so it wil be difficult to find a job that pays well and a few cheap items.

I usually sell them, but then again, I have never won one.

I got one and made a good deal of my money back within 3-4 jobs, but once the thing downgraded to pink, I could not find a pink job. I kept going back and refreshing but I never saw a pink job. I couldn't use the coupon!

Finally, I sold it, and broke even.
