Maybe they'll make a Neopets show for MTV.
"Mynci, the lie detector says you were lying about the fact that you've never taken a jelly shot off of Jhudora's stomach. Oh ho ho! What do you have to say for yourself now?"

Any details about how long the these "mini-shows" are? (Are there any similar "mini-shows" on Nick now?) Advent Calendar-like, filler during credits, or more on the order of minutes?
If it's short fillery stuff, then it's basically a fancy way of saying "tons of free self-advertisement".

That's just silly, there's no such thing as Jelly <s>World</s> shots!

+ 100000 clever points. Beanmommy has gained 3 levels.
That was awesome.

(I personally love Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.)
I enjoy Foster's, Fairly Odd Parents, and the early Spongebob episodes, but the height of cartoon awesomeness is long passed.

There are some other quality shows on there: Avatar and... I can't think of any others.
I've decided that Viacom ruins everything they touch. They destroyed MTV, they're ruining Nickelodeon, and now they're going to overexpose Neopets.
Fosters is probably
the best cartoon out there.
I think it wouldn't be this bad if Doug Doorknob didn't sell it to Viacom. Probably wouldn't have been much better if they sold it to Turner or Warner Brothers, but still. Viacom was probably one of
the worst choices.
For crying out loud, MTV doesn't even have videos anymore! XD

Yes they do, they just play them around 3 in the morning when no one is up to watch them.
But yeah, Neopets already went down the drain, and I don't think it's gonna get any better. Just wait for the movie to come out (like they said it was going too.. how many years ago?), it's gonna get worse from there.

XD
Yeah, but that's just it. No one's up for them.
I think it's been a couple years since they announced the Neo movie. I wonder if they'll ever release it.

Yeah, unless you're like me and can't ever get any sleep during the summer.
IMDb says the movie comes out in 2009, and it's called The Lost Tomb: A Neopets Adventure.

If Lara Croft is in it I quit.

Haah. It'll probably be an Ixi or something that looks like Lara Croft.

They had an usul character that was a Lara Croft caricature long, long, long ago. I forget what it was, a shopkeeper or something. It was fairly creepy.

The thing is, I would actually watch a Neopets movie if it were unique and loaded with pop culture references like Neopets USED to be. Now that Viacom has its evil, glittery clutches on it, we can guarantee that this will be marketed for "tweens" and be the least edgy CGI movie since Doogal. At best, this could be another forgettable but halfway decent animal movie like Madagascar. Unfortunately, I'm thinking this will be closer to "The Backyardigans," if you're unlucky enough to know what that is.

D=
Only way it could be worse if it was as repetitive as "Wonder Pets"... an hour and some of the same three songs, over and over and over again..
