Monster House It was pretty good, sometimes boring, predictable

It captured my attention quickly, and the effects were cool, but the subtitles made it hard to concentrate and the ending was realllyyyy disappointing. It kind of made me wonder why they put so much effort into creating such dramatic scenes when they were only going to end it in such a flat way. :(

In a flat way?!
I was in tears! It was such a heart-breaking ending.. but after the heart break, it was somewhat up-lifting. I liked it. I thought it was the perfect way to end it :)

Most recent movie I watched;

Fargo ~ I loved the simplicity of the characters, especially with the added touch of those accents.. paired with all the twisted drama and gore. It was very well done. I can see why it won awards!

I can't take anyone seriously if they say that subtitles are distracting.

Evan Almighty - I loved it; it was hilarious and kudos to everyone from the Daily Show and Steve Carrel for an amazing job! HIGH-larious definately!

I just finished watching Donnie Darko. I loved everything about it... but now, my head hurts. What a bizarre film. I can see why it has a cult following. The soundtrack was amazing.

Pokemon Movie 9: Pokemon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea - Loved it especially the bit where you hear Manaphy singing.

Oddly the last three movies I saw weren't in english.

The Science of Sleep - Bizarre. And Gael García <3 <3

Run Lola Run - Odd, but I liked it. I cant say I believe the story's moral, if thats what it was
That every little action can change our lives, But it was just a movie, I doubt that was the meaning of it.

Two sisters - Korean I believe, Great Movie, but it made no sense towards the end. I had to read a 3 post explanation and watch certain parts again to get it.

Die Hard 4.0

Hilarious xD Some parts had me laughing out purely because something stupid had just happened, but it's all okay. Cos it's John McClane :D

I just watched Ratatouille. Heartwarming story, absolutely beautiful rendering...just an all around great movie which deserves more attention that it's currently getting. (And it's a Pixar movie!) Go watch it!

Pan's Labyrinth - Awesome movie. Such a dark and twisted fairy tale. There were some aspects I didn't like ("Its just two grapes..."), but I thought overall it was a great movie.

How William Shatner changed the world - Quite funny, but some of the people interviewed were creepy (especially little cyborg guy)

I just saw it this weekend! It rocked! I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was a lot cleaner than Bruce Almighty, and thus more family-friendly (IMO). Definitely one to add to the DVD collection when it comes out.

Since I don't feel right posting all of the in-flight movies I watched, I was lucky to catch one today.

Transformers gets a high mark in my book for being pretty cool and fun to see. I might have to see it again too so that everyone I know will see it.
