It's very, very, very laggy for me, but it seems that the pages are all up.

It's loading very slowly for me and every so often I get a DFM page. Which I guess is pretty much what everyone else is saying. Hopefully it'll be good as new soon!

they're most likely fixing things on the site.

Somehow, this doesn't surprise me too much. I had this hunch that somehow scores would be delayed, making those of us interested to see the Cup results (particularly Darigan vs Krawk and Roo vs Lost Desert) wait in suspense. I didn't expect the site to be completely down though...
Hopefully everything will be straightened out soon...

It's going super slow for me too.

Also..my premium set just went from something Island, to something pink-based...weird. I did not change it...

it seems to be running ok for me now...but the meteor disappeared...hmm...a plot is afoot!

It does that after you poke it/get something from it. If you didn't get an item, you can poke it again in about an hour.

but neopets went back to being slow for me and caused me to fail a job.

they should expect an angry letter from me when the site is back to normal speed.

if neopets is working on something they should bring the site down so it doesnt cause glitches and problems for everyone else. (like other sites do when they're doing matience)

BE CAREFUL everyone, I just tried withdrawing money from my shop till, and got this:
"ERROR : give_neopoints failed to work for user [my username] and |1376| np - "
I now have 0 in my till and it wasn't added to my amount on hand. It's only 1k so I don't really care, but just a warning to those big sellers out there.

I'm sure they try to.

It's rare for this to happen to Neopets these days, after all. It looks to me like this wasn't something they meant to happen - and since we get all the fun of the site for free, let's give them the benefit of the doubt a little, eh?

Looks like it's a games update. One of my daily sponsor games has been taken down and several of the other games I play daily have had their NP ratios adjusted one way or the other. I don't think it was like that yesterday.

Thanks for the heads up. Back in January, I lost a million while taking it out of my till. So I am erring on the side of caution after reading your post. Once bitten, twice shy.

Thanks for that warning! Good thing it was only 1k, and not a lot more (silver lining!)

I won't withdraw anything for a while, whether in the bank or till, don't want to risk anything.
