Snape (probably pureblood because he was in Slytherin)

:P It would be funny if Lockhart was the half-blood prince. XD He did play a big part in CoS.

Being in Slytherin doesn't mean you have to be full blood, Tom Riddle was only 1/2, as is Harry Potter. And Tom was a slytherin, and Harry could've been.

Snape calls Lily a mudblood in OotP (when Harry goes into his memory) so we can assume he's a pure blood.

Actually, Harry's a half blood. I was confuzzlified at first, but it's up on JRK's website, in the FAQ.

Oh, and Seamus Finnigan is a half blood.

...Is dumbledore a half-blood? I can't remember if it says anything about that..

The link I mentioned between books two and six does not, in fact, relate to the 'Half-Blood Prince' (because there is no trace left of the HPB storyline in 'Chamber'.) Rather, it relates to a discovery Harry made in 'Chamber' that foreshadows something that he finds out in 'Prince'.

(I wish I could have just copied and pasted -_-;; ) anyways I contemplated this and..I can't remember what happend in 'Chamber' :P anybody who just read it?

It was probably a little discovery that most of us would overlook and that they probably left out of the movie for that reason.

*starts leafing through book 2*

I also know that JK Rowling said she was putting clues to the next books in the 3rd movie. So when that comes out on DVD on November 23rd, we'll have to start watching that really carefully.

62% obsessed with Harry Potter

WHAT? What a rip off..

Well, most of those questions were unfair. 'Are you Jenna from the Unofficial Harry Potter Fan Club?'
Only 1 person in the world could check that one...

And the ones about doing things in the UK, I would if I could :P That should be an option.

Actually, she said there were things in the third film that seemed to hint towards later books- she didn't put clues in the third movie, as she didn't help write the script. :)

Does anyone remember in the fifth book with reference to "Mark Evans"?Look for it in the beginning.

Well, that means that Mark is related to Harry via his mom. Which means that Mark may also be a halfblood. Every time someone is briefly mentioned in a book, they show up a book or two later i.e. Arabella Figgs from the end of book 4 is revealed to be Mrs.figgs in book 5. Something tells me Mark is going to be revealed as a key character in the 6th book.

I have no mempry of a Mark evans being in any of the books, when I first read this on a nother forum I was so confused, but JK said that Mark Evans has no role in the story, or something like that. If you look in the FAQ it should be in there.
