I just received a Grumblebug from a random event. It says that it is a petpetpet. How do I give it to one of my petpets? It doesn't show that option.

It's actually a sort-of random event to attach a petpetpet to a petpet. Just make sure your petpetpet is in your inventory, and the petpet you want to attach it to is on your active pet, then refresh a whole bunch until the petpetpet disappears. I've done 3, personally, and it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few days. Just make sure you have some high-rarity junk in your inventory, too, in case you get the pant devil or sludge ray RE.

What do you mean by high rarity junk? I thought most junk was very common (hence why it's cheap enough to be called junk) And does the rarity of an item effect the likelihood of it being stolen from a RE?
