Frozen... On SUBETA (UNFROZEN!)

Has anyone here ever been frozen on Subeta for having multiple accounts? You see, my room mates and I use the same computer, and often jump back and forth between each others accounts (we don't know each other's passwords or anything like that, it's just usually more of a "hey, let me log in real quick and do this" type thing).
Yesterday morning all three of us were frozen for having multiple accounts. WE DON'T. I have emailed frozen@subeta.org, but am wondering how long it will take to get our accounts back. (Or if we even will.)
I tried to create another account this morning for me to use while mine was frozen so that I wouldn't be completely disconnected from the site but it was frozen within minutes so I'm not going to try that one again. Any advice or "been there done that" stories would be appreciated.

This just solidifies my opinion that Subeta is the biggest neopet imitator out there.
I do hope you get your account back, though.

That is the fact you can't have multiple accounts on subeta just one. You can try explaining this to them. Otherwise keep sending them mails and hope for the best.

If you share an IP with someone else who plays Subeta, I'm pretty sure you must contact an admin, erm, user admin, noting this, so you are not frozen, to prevent this kind of thing happening. On a different forum I frequent, the same thing happened to brothers who played Subeta from the same computer. They did get their accounts unfrozen though. If you PM me with your account names, I could try contacting an user admin (ew, an sounds weird there) on your behalf through sMail and see what happens.

And don't knock Subeta until you've tried it. It's devilishly good.

Since, phonetically, user begins with a 'y' sound, 'y' not being a vowel, you do not need to use 'an' in that situation-'a' will suffice.

Haha, I sMailed Miriam to check, because I too was slightly curious. It appears it was frozen@subeta.org. She said that you may have to wait a while, as it gets many emails, but she insisted that the situation would be thoroughly investigated.

I created Nimhe AFTER I was frozen so that I could still be on the site while I was waiting for a response. I did not attempt to make another account after this one was frozen as well. I had no pets on it and made no attempt to make money in any way, it was simply so that I could be connected with the users on the site so that they might help me figure out how to unfreeze my and my room mates accounts. When I was frozen the email I needed to contact was not showing up for some reason so I had to ask the shoutbox who I needed to contact.

and got this in response:
Creating any extra accounts for any reason is against the Terms and
Conditions of Subeta, which you agreed to when you joined the site.

You will be free to create a new account in 12-14 months, when your
current accounts have been cleared from the system. Please do not
attempt to create another account. Any attempts to create a new
account before your current one has been cleared from the system will
result in an automatic freezing, along with a renewal of the wait
period before you may return to the site.


I... am.... so... ANGRY.

I'm so sorry for you, sigh_driven, but that IS what they said in the T&C... No new accounts after your first one is suspended. Try explaining your situation, telling him/her that you're really sorry you hadn't fully read the T&C, and promise you'll be on your best behaviour if s/he does give it back?
