I don't like those. I know someone who got one and she became a lot less attractive. She also took it out after a month. A no from me =)

Nothing can be worse than a spine ring (That's literally the only way I could describe it, but I doubt it was actually in the guys Spine)
Was at a 36 Crazyfists gig, and a shirtless guy at the front came into view.
It was like seeing the Borg.

My life is ruined.

I dunno, have you ever seen corset lacings? I've heard those tend to shift around and heal badly too, so...imagine that picture in three months.
Though it's still not as bad as this guy. (Don't click that link if you're squeamish, it makes me feel a little sick just looking at it.)

I'd advise against it. It looks ugly IMO.

One of my friend's friends has the corset lacing....owwwwww! They are crazy. I've been against piercings (at least for myself) since I got my ears pierced. (I have fat earlobes, so the studs they put in were like...sucked into my ear. NOT pleasant.) My ex had an eyebrow piercing, and it weirded me out at first, but I got used to it.

Siggy under construction.

Corset lacings are temporary, at least. Surface piercings get rejected by your body. Still doesn't stop them from creeping me out, though.

On the subject, who else is really freaked out by suspension? To each his own, but I can't even see pictures of it without getting the heeblie jeeblies.

Hear, hear. I never could understand why anyone would want something other than an ear piercing.

But isn't ear piercing more like a kind of socially accepted piercing? Just like how smoking is a kind of socially accepted drug abuse?

And anyway, the thick muscular wall that separates your heart chambers is also called the septum. Just so you know. ;)

If you like it and want to get it, go for it. Don't let other people put you off. It's like telling someone they shouldn't dress a certain way.

Just make sure you go to a good piercer and that you're of age to do so. Anyone who would pierce or tattoo a minor isn't going to be very sanitary. If the smell of bleach doesn't sting your nostrils as you walk in the back, walk away. It's okay to back out. :)

i recommend not getting a nose piercing.
most people I know end up with infections or the like when they get them. I personally want to get a piercing but not right now......Ill have to wait a few years or soemthing because i dont want to pay for somehting I will probably let to heal.
