Lost Premium?!?!

Did your last payment go through?

Usually when Premium disappears it is because the last payment wasn't received by TNT.

That's what I thought, it is the start of the month afterall. I've just never lost it before.

That is probably the most likely thing.

Did your credit card recently expire, and you haven't updated the details? That is a common cause for disappearing premium.

This happened to me too! I did pay for it but it just went poof, later I canceled the payment and when somebody tried to send me a new invite it said a already had premium when I didn't anymore.

i've had premium shut itself off and then take he payment the next day
they system for knowing when its off to repay is not well

Had this recently happen to me with this:

Did your credit card recently expire

as the cause. When I checked, they said the sent me an e-mail about it, but I never got one. I got it reactivated in minutes.

I don't know if this is your problem. Hope it gets worked out quickly.
