Does this spin clockwise or counter-clockwise to you?

Anything and everything goes in here... within reason.

Well, I figured out a trick for me to get her to change. To get her going clockwise I just look at the text on the left of the page for a few seconds until she changes, and to get her to go counter-clockwise I focus my eyes just on the shadow of her feet at the bottom of the image. It works very well for me and I think it works better the more you do it because I can get her to change pretty much every second now.

...I don't know the difference between clockwise and counter-clockwise. =D And don't try explaining to me, because it always ends up confusing me. XD I think she's spinning clockwise, though.

(It's not as strange as what my brother does, believe me. When he's driving, he tells us not to tell him to turn left or right, but north, south, east, or west.)

What happens if she doesn't spin at all? Am I braindead?

Oooooo I couldn't get her to spin counter-clockwise at all but then I tried the trick of reading the text on the left side of the page and she did :D.

XD I'm sorry, but I was drinking when I read that and you made me choke. :P

She mostly spins clockwise for me, but if I focus on her shadow for a bit, she'll start to go the other way. As soon as I look away and look back, she's back to clockwise, though. lol

Well, I'll take on the challenge anyway. I always like a hopeless quest!
Imagine a clock(the kind with hands, not digital), and the way the numbers are ordered. The hands move, and the numbers increase, in the clockwise direction. When people talk about the spinning girl moving clockwise or counterclockwise, they're talking about the way the girl spins when viewed from above, as if there were a clock printed on the floor below her.

She spun counterclockwise at first, but now I can switch at will! I try to catch what makes it look different, but I never can D:

She starts off spinning clockwise, then she switches to counter-clockwise...then back to clockwise...I guess I'm both-brained?

Can flick her at will.
Mainly because I've seen it before and got used to looking at the shadow for a bit to turn her around.

Blinking does diddly squat - try some of the other things people have mentioned - focussing on the shadow, looking at the text rather than her...

It spins clockwise for me and I can't get it to spin the other way! I've tried but to no avail. *tries again*

So I was like staring and staring at her, watching her go counter-clockwise, yelling at her to turn the other way... when I tried looking at the text, she went clockwise! Now she won't go back. I BROKE MY BRAIN.
