Halloween Goodie Bags - where to find 'em?

Can someone tell me when I can get the halloween themed sidebar today? I missed it last year...

Oh, I KNOW.

We had the same issue last year until it was worked out.

Basically you can't get them until the same time (or after) that you collected it at last year. So if you got them at rollover, you're fine. If you got them at 12:30am NST last year, you can collect them from 12:30am onwards - but not before.

And if you don't remember what time.. uh.. just keep trying (like I'm going to have to do).

Thanks for the tip off. I'm apparently having the same problem and i feel much better knowing that i should just check back after lunch or suchlike.

I don't think I've collected them last year. So now what?? Don't seem to be able to collect this year, but have sidebar theme.

has anyone tried opening them yet? What are the prizes? Last years one gave out Halloween paint brushes and the price plummeted to like 120k... hope the same thing happens this year lol

edit: It has a picture of a ghosty on it first of all, I opened it and got wearable wax lips and recycled candy corn.

Yes, everyone has it for 1 day, but to keep it, you need to refresh the page between 11.59.00 - 11.59.59 pm NST tonight.

Thanks for the heads up on Deadly Dice -- I needed to drop my pet a level (of course, she gained another one instead of dropping one!). It's earlier than when I got the bags last year, but I just managed to pick them all up, so those who couldn't earlier might want to try again.

I still have last year's (and the year before's) in my SDB. I don't know why; maybe because it's always a toss-up whether to open it or sell it. Easier just to stuff it in the SDB -- that way you don't make the wrong choice! Do the contents change for past bags, or are those set in stone? Maybe I'll open some and try to get a paintbrush...

I know it's earlier than when I picked them up last year, and I just accidentally got one while doing dailies (I have the haiku and mystic on my dailies list for the avvie). So i guess they fixed that. Haven't gone to collect the rest yet. I'm hoping for a p/b!

From what I've seen, they change the content back to normal junk after Halloween. But I still here the odd comment every now and again how it's still possible.

I just sold mine off the other day, they were going for around 11K a pop.
