I'll probably ditch the quest. Lowest on the TP is 200k, and I lab a lot, so I don't really give a hoot for a free painting

Couldn't take the item worth a couple of hundred nps, NO.... it had to take the item that cost me 5000nps to buy. Then I had to shell out another 5200 for the second one.
Only thing that made it slightly better was a hit point for my non-battle pet (but does ok, as an emergency backup).
