To send a card, you go to your inventory, click on the card, and from the drop-down list, select "give to neofriend." You can then either type in the name of your friend, or if they're one of your VIP neofriends, they'll show on the list.
(If these aren't 100% accurate with wording, it's cause I'm not looking at it ATM).

I wish I could change it too, it's just a constant reminder that instead of spending tonight with my boyfriend, I have to study for my insanely hard physics test tomorrow. Leave it to the freaking physics department to have a test the day after Valentines Day, AND the day after Easter. >:[

Thanks, fuzzy. I just got it! It's funny, because it really is mysterious -- the message that I received it came from TNT, and I never actually *saw* the MVC.
