Yay, I just got a new high score and beat AAA at Cooty Wars

I havent been doing too well though. I guess I either dont care very much because Im busier than the last Daily Dare, or the games they've been choosing arent ones Im good at.

AAA has awarded you The Cooty Avenger.
Much easier than I thought.
Yeah.... this game's a breeze if you take advantage of the unlimited ammo.

that game is just to simple beat AAA on my first try and got a new high score

Ow! Ow! Ow!
After a full day of playing Sophie's Stew, I think my arm is going to fall off. I got close so many times...Finally got it.
I really want to shove Sophie's staff where the sun don't shine, shove her in the stewpot and feed her to the meowclops.
Bitter? Who me?

That one was easy. When I went to claim the prize, though, all of a sudden I had a "not yet" for LiSF -- but I definitely beat that the first day it came out. I just checked my SDB, and the prize went poof. I'm 100% positive I got it though, because I look for the unchecked ones to quickly find the ones I still need -- I'd gotten it down to one unchecked box! So weird... At least that's an easy game for me.
ETA: Yay, Katdragon! Doesn't it feel good?
P.S. metalmario, you can identify the triple-stump combo because it's the only obstacle that's got the weird hill followed by a little tree (see
here -- obstacle 6).

Anyone else having a problem claiming their cooty wars prize? It says won, but when I click the present, nothing.
Sat Mar 22, 2008 6:13 pm
Im having the same problem I cannot claim my Cooty Wars prize
Sat Mar 22, 2008 7:14 pm
I beat it with a new personal best! 1101! And I fortunately didn't have any trouble getting my prize. I hope tnt gets that glitch worked out soon though for you guys.
Sat Mar 22, 2008 7:52 pm

Woohoo! After 1001 attempts, I have whacked the kass 865 yards! When I got the "new level unlocked" message, I was really surprised, because I hit it lower than I had been (which usually resulted in a lower score). I found this comprehensive
guide if anyone else is still struggling. Though the hints here at PPT were really what did it, so thanks, guys! I wouldn't be 22/22 for MegaSuperb without all your help. Now I'll just cross my fingers that the next 9 games aren't too bad.
(Oh, and I had no trouble collecting my KB prize, though I did have my LiSF score and prize go poof. Maybe the problem's fixed now, and you can collect. At least I hope so.)

Yeah, Siniri!!!!
Yeah for Katdragon getting Sophie's Stew!!
And yeah for metalmario's mom!

My mom thinks I'm nuts for playing as much neo as I do. But lately, she's started to think it's a good thing - though I doubt she'd ever try it herself.
{{huggles all around}}
metalmario, I'm sure you'll be able to make it on Turmy roll in time! My husband hates it with a passion, but he finally was lucky enough to get a aquaberry and a few other decent ones and pulled it off. {sits in the cheering section and cheers you on}
And wow, I upped my high score in Cooty by 200 points. Apparently watching my husband play all this time (he rocks at this one) gave me some clue of how to do it. I still only got a 900-odd score (compared to his nearly 1900s), but it's still enough to get by with!
22/22!

I've gotten 6 aquaberries since yesterday, I'm just that terrible

But I probably won't be trying again for it anytime this week, this is my 4 test week so I will go to hell and back in real life, and then start trying again on Friday

Hopefully I'll have enough time to get the rest of the week's dares without too much trouble...

I hate that these last several challenges have been so easy. I feel bad for saying this, but I want to see at least ONE 22/22 get kicked out before this is over. !Not necessarily from this forum) The fewer people make it to the end, the more valuable the prize will be (and the more accomplished those who do make it will feel). At the very least, the next few challenges need to be tougher.

I'm so annoyed I gave up on itchy invasion and collected for Abigail - I wish there was a way to try for AAA's score in that and switch over so I can get Megasupurb instead of Spifftastic. I'm trying for AAA on all the other games. I'm up to date except for meerca chaseII , kiko match and Volcano run II.

I dispute this claim. What about prizes for those of us who have played for HOURS in order to beat AAA. I think we deserve prizes as well as (or perhaps more than) people who go in and sweep the game board in 10 minutes.

I don't think TOSO is saying that people who find games challenging shouldn't win the prizes -- I think he's saying the challenges should be tougher so only those who play games a lot (or have to play a lot now) will win the prizes. The thing is, even if some AAA challenges are too easy (today's, for example -- I shouldn't be able to beat it in only my second time ever playing the game when I'm relatively crappy at mouse-accuracy type games, as evidenced in these threads), you have to beat ALL of AAA's challenges to qualify for the ultimate or megasuperb prizes. And most people have found at least one score hard to get. We all have games we're good at and not so good at. But in order to win the prize, you have to persevere at those you're not so good at.
I'm not going to say Turmac Roll's score was too easy just because I got nearly double it -- I've had many hours of practice in the past; those who haven't practiced as much found it very challenging (as I did when I first started playing). Because some of the challenge scores have been a little easy (personally, I think AAA's score should always get you 1000NP), some of the daily prizes might be worth a pittance. But I doubt the ultimate prize will be won by a ton of people, just because there were so many games that a lot of people struggled with (day-game): 1-MJB, 3-II, 4-KM, 6-VR, 9-DOM, 12-SS, 15-KB, 21-TR (and possibly 17-FB, 16-HB) -- so that's 8 to 10 chances for people to have been kicked out of the running for the ultimate or megasuperb prizes. And there are still 8 games to go...
ETA: That stinks, Katdragon. The opposite thing happened to me last year. There was a game towards the beginning I challenged AAA on, not knowing you couldn't change or choose your challenger after you played, but I could never beat his score and missed out on all 4 top prizes.
