I think the most exotic thing I've ever had is, sadly, Cake Mix ice cream from Coldstone Creamery. *has to relive bad memories all over again now*

Green Tea ice cream is amazing. But I can only seem to find it in Columbia, MO.

the "mod minions" have come: please stay on topic.
And so i'm on topic - i dont know if it's exotic but whenever i get Gelati on Lygon St I always get Banana, chocolate, Banana (when you can have 3 flavours) - its important it's 2/3 banana though, or the chocolate is too overpowering. It tastes like banana split

Although it's not too exotic. I had cinnamon ice cream last night and it was amazing!

The University in my town makes its own ice cream, and OMG it is delicious. Full of calories, but sooo good. My favorite flavor there (granted, I've only had a few) is Aggie Blue Mint. Quoted from the website: Mint flavored ice cream lightly tinted blue with cookie pieces and white chocolate chunks. In my opinion, there is just the perfect amount of mintiness. ^_^
