Still getting it. The page says:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

What you can try:
Diagnose Connection Problems

Yeah, that's definitely different. Strangeness. I just tried it in IE (version 6) and had no trouble.
Have you tried clearing your cached files? (In IE, it's Tools->Internet Options, delete cookies and delete files).

I either get the same as Pink, or the NP bar and everything but a black mall space. o_0 I've tried I.E and FF and none work.

Technical explanation in brief: your computer had at some point had trouble loading the page and "stored" the error as the webpage. Then, instead of confirming that the page was still having trouble, it was loading the "stored" information - the error page. When you cleared it the stored information, it had to try to reload the page from the website again, and it worked.
It is normal for your machine to store information - it helps the pages load faster.
