On the Issue of Shop Profits

I am curious to how much actual profit people make from their shops.

Profit being: (NP made) - (Expenses = Cost of upgrades* + Cost of items bought by you)
*Need not be counted if you have other sources of income.

I keep a running total of how much profit I have made. I reached 600k this morning. I don't count the upgrades since I make enough from games to make up for it. Also, I have zero expenses since the only items I sell are from RE's or Dailies.

I know my total is low, but I don't put much effort into the shop. How about the rest of you?

Since I started keeping track at the end of september last year, I've made a grand total of 336,692np in profits. Probably not as high as some of the people who are really good at restocking, but I have gotten better lately so hopefully it won't be long before it's more. Any money I spend on new things to sell has to come directly out of what my shop has made, so I keep a base amount in my til to cover what I might buy. Same would go for if I ever wanted to upgrade my shop size, though I haven't needed to do that in years.

Yeah, I don't really profit at all because I don't use my shop for that kind of thing. I've tried restocking, but I don't have the patience for it at all.

Well, I've made around 32k just today by sniping codestones, bottled faeries, and dubloons three times so far today...if that's any clue to how much I make off my shop.

Since this time last year I've earned about 25 million, give or take - I can't be entirely sure.

I don't keep track, but I sell stuff I get from REs and dailies and that pretty much fuels my stock buying almost every day.

So far in 2008, I have earned about 8 million from my shop. Keep in mind that I RS a lot and put my RSed items into my shop, and that makes up about 95% of my total

Maybe 50-100k a day when I actually rs and price stuff. I never calculated exactly what I make with my shop, but since Ive started to restock and actually sell the things I get, my NP is way higher than it was with daily games.

Well as far as expenses, I haven't expanded my shop in yeeeears, and 90% of the stuff I put in there was free. For profit, maybe 10-15k per day, more if Tarla or the REs are nice to me. I'm more of a gamer for np.

I restocked furniture for a while, and was making 200k and over a day. Then I lost my will to live after sitting there for hours stocking a tonne of stuff.
