PIN Help

I dont rember my PIN number and i need to get in to my SDB and take some stuff out but it wont let me! is there a Website or somthing that i can go to.....PLZ HELP!

If you go to the PIN Site, (http://www.neopets.com/pin_prefs.phtml), there's an option for PIN retrieval at the bottom, where it will send it to your email.

The link that Pickles posted is indeed where you need to go. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, where you'll see a section labeled "Retrieve". It will say the following:

Quote:

You can only retrieve your PIN once per day.

To send your PIN number to xxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx, click here.

To send to a different email, change the email connected with this account here.

Here's a tip to remember your passwords/PINS/etc.:
1. Go to your email inbox, create a folder called 'Details' or something similar.
2. Email yourself the password/PIN details.
3. Save them in the folder for reference.

Um, I just clicked the link, and it's definitely there. It's literally the last option at the bottom of the page; just read the text and click on the word "here" (the link isn't very visible, but if you hover over it, you'll see your mouse change). You might have to be logged on to see that page, so make sure you're logged on.

Like I know it supose to be under the PIN thingy but......

Go to http://www.neopets.com/pin_prefs.phtml, scroll down, keep scrolling, keep scrolling, look under "Retrieve" and look at the second option listed. The second option is titled "To send your PIN number to email@example.com, click here." Click the "here" button to send it to your email

I did that.......I only have
Chane your PIN
What you want to use ur PIN for like SDB or like your shop
Then the last one....is Detle your PIN

So i dont know what to do.......
