Yes, it will

The alert button on the toolbar will flash yellow when Tarla's giving things away. The giveaways don't last long, so you'll have to click quickly.

Nope portal is just for premium. If you download the toolbar you only get the toolbar .

Recently every time it flashes yellow and it sends me to Tarla, it says she's at the prize warehouse. It's been doing this for a while. Do I have to re-install it to get it start working again?
