It says retired. I see on the Wiz that it is 2500. Or should I put it in SDB and assume it will get more expensive, since it is retired?

Even though the description says open it, it appears that you can have a pet play with it. Would this open it?

It would be too bad if I had a pet play with it and it disappeared. Or if it opened for a couple inexpensive items.

Would someone please tell me about this item and what action would you recommend?

Playing with it opens it, and gives out a few items. If I remember correctly, they're usually inexpensive. Let me see if I can get a list and edit it in here for you.

You can still get those goodie bags from random events which is why they're so cheap, it's unlikely they'll make a drastic jump in price.
