Does anyone have any tips what I can do? It seems I can't get into my main account, and after I logged into my second one it was hijacked as well, it had the same password. So they probably got my password from somewhere. Was I cookiegrabbed?
What really annoys me is that I reported it yesterday, with the account access form. And I expected them to at least freeze my accounts, with their nimble fingers when it comes to freezing.

Maybe I should also try the dutch form, maybe the dutch speakers are less busy with other stuff.

Bah I am really bummed, I am not really obsessed with it, it's just a game, but I really enjoyed the fact I had my main account for over 8 years.

My secondary account is now frozen, though I don't know if that is done by the one hijacking my account, or by tnt.

You're going to have to work with Neopets' support team to gain access to your account again. Be persistant as that will help them distinguish the real people needing help to those who are fakers.

I might be paranoid, but I actually always have the account retrieval form filled out. A hacker can take your neopets, items, and money, but they can't take the account age and trophies. It's always good to be ready for something bad to happen.
