Oh, I remember when I quit Neopets because on of my 'special' friends quit it. I lost interest for about two years. xD It was just that one day where I was thinking about paintbrushes of gold, and then I was like "I NEED NEOPOINTS!" xD Good times. The neopet change scared me though because they had deleted a few things I had become attached to. I got confused, then got lost. xD

I'm really upset by a lot of things in this new Neopets, as I've had time to explore.

- I really strongly dislike the new drawings of a lot of the Neopets! There is just something about it that puts me off, strongly.
-I dislike the idea of "clothing" for the Neopet. That is what the paintbrushes were for, to give your pet different coats! Now we need to clothe them?
- I'm still warming up to the idea of Neohomes. I haven't put any work into mine, that might be something I need to spend more time with.
- I don't like the NC thing at all.
- I'm not too excited about the new look to the user pages, either.


Good things, however...

- I did look in my safety deposit box, though, and found I have an entire collection of retired wooden totems from when Mystery Island was a place you needed totems to get to. I remember signing up for sponsors to get that silly Shoyru totem! Who else remembers that? Anyway, I have basically all of them just hanging out in my SD, and I'm just shocked at how their value has skyrocketed.
- I'm glad they kept the Lab Ray alive and well, after all this time. I hope they never get rid of it.
- I'm glad they kept a lot of games I enjoyed years ago, and now get the pleasure of enjoying again.

Hi Mimi. I'm on and off of Neopets. It has taken up a large part of my internet life and as much as I try to pull away they always add something else that brings me back. And like you, many of us hated the redraws of the pets. It was actually a huge shock because in the past, TNT would always take votes on even just the slightest changes to pets. Once animated and full of life pets became generic and cookie-cutter just so we could put bonnets on them. Not much we can do because they probably make a nice profit on the clothes in the NC Store.

Other things you may have missed besides the redraws:
-Kreludor Plot (Return of Dr. Sloth)
-Altador Cup III
-Reopening of the Pound
-KeyQuest
-Neohomes Version 2
