dear ppt members,
first off i am adult, i have account on neo since i was younger. i was away for a while. i have emailed tnt plenty of times in regard to them helping me. while i was away a pin code was attached to my neobank account. i have emailed the tnt about this. they tell me they cant help me unless i come up with items, pets, ect that i have in the past. i was gone nearly 3 yeas. i do not recall any of the thigns they ask for. i tell them i can provide proof of who i am. but i still havent gotten no help. the biggest issues i have is i can't change the email address on the account which it was created through yahoo and i beleive all know over a period of time yahoo will close the account if it is not checked in 3months. while the time i was away from from neopets i was away from yahoo. now Yahoo won't give access to the yahoo id i once had. how can i go about wording yet another EMAIL to the TNT

I thought Yahoo gives you an option to continue your account. They don't delete it. Try to access the Yahoo E-mail account and READ everything. I have had this happen to me numerous times. Good luck.

I'm pretty sure if you don't remember any details of your account, you'll have very little luck of gaining access to it. That's what the measures are in place for; in order to prove ownership of the account.

I'm confused. Is the problem that you can't log in to your account, or that a pin has been applied to your bank account and you don't know what it is?

A while back TNT changed account log ins so if you didn't log in for a long while, they would automatically request the birthday you originally gave them for verification. So unless you gave a fake birthday (which admittedly a lot of us do) you should be able to figure that out.

ok ty for answering me. yahoo wont let me get back in i have emailed them and they said the account dont exist now. and as far as neo yes a pin attached to my bank account when i wasnt active with neo attached the pin. so that is my promblem

well i can provide legal docutments of who i am. i dont understand why neo wouldnt help me since i ahve offered to show legal proof of who i am. the all my info on the account is right. just dont remember who i was friends with cause i have made and deleted lot of people at this time i have no neofriends. and as adult i have other things in life and my memory has fialed me on to remember things as small as neopet or yahoo information. my hang up with yahoo is i cant remmber the anaswer ot my secret question because it was so long ago that i answered it and all my thoughts i have tried are wrong answers.

The way you are describing your situation does not make any sense.

The only issue you seem to be having is that there is a pin placed on your bank account. Which means that you can log into your account just fine. Why then do you have to prove to TNT who you are? You can change your email address without having the ability to log into your old one.

Unless you can't log into your account AT ALL. If you can't get past the log in page, that is a birthday issue.

Still, none of this is making sense. I am pretty sure that TNT does not randomly assign PINs to inactive accounts, you do that yourself. And really, if you haven't logged in in more than three years and can't remember anything important about it anyway, perhaps it would be easier to just start over. Afterall, it is just a neopets account.

Well, I did some googling and apparently your problem has happened to other people as well. When some people come back to accounts that they've left inactive, they've come back to find PINs that they never placed. Unfortunately the general consensus is that there isn't much that can be done. Anything you write into TNT will be using the same verbage that a hacker would use and for security purposes it is unlikley they'll change anything for you, no matter how well you can prove who you are.

so im blocked form getting my neopoints which is quite a bit unless yahoo gives me back my email address that is on the site. am i correct?

then help me figure out to get back my yahoo account. when i dont remember the answer i put into my secret qustion over 4 years ago.

It seems if you can't remember/guess correctly, you're out of luck with that as well.

I still fail to understand what your problem is. If you cannot get into your Yahoo account, you will not be able to get your PIN emailed to you.

However, if you do have access to your account, then what on earth is stopping you from contacting and providing them with the information that they want?

And if it's all too much hassle and impossible maybe it's best to cut your losses and restart.

Okay so stop shouting, there's no need for it. People are finding it difficult to understand you because your spelling and grammar are making your posts very hard to read. You could use a grammar and spell check to correct yourself, it would be easier for everyone, including yourself if English is only your second language.

Secondly, if you can't remember your email password or your secret answer, there's honestly not much you can do. There's nothing that the members of PPT can do that you can't. I'm sorry that you can't get back into your account but maybe you need to understand that all you can do is cut your losses and start again.
