Why would people continue to vote Alex when Averly has 'defended' (I use this loosely, but I found her convincing) herself on the thread? Her votes isn't changing, so why would follow on to get Averly executed?

I don't think that anyone has any other leads, Pixa. And I don't think that anyone else wants to be responsible for the potential execution of an innocent

This, of course, is assuming averly is innocent, but my gut instinct thinks she is. And that's what's important.

In theory, we could vote averly and have her choose execution instead. I don't see how it's much better than voting Alex - they're equally cleared, really - but I have the feeling that averly would at least explain her choices. Vague insinuations are all well and good when multiple votes matter, but if voting is representative, I want to see the complete reason for the execution target out on the thread.
