Can't get free training for bori day?

If it's Bori Day (Belated) does that mean the free training isn't available today? I took my Bori to the academy and picked his course and it wants me to pay two dubloons for it.

Could be... I know the training is only available for 1 day. But it could also be the case that your pet's lvl is simply too high. From a certain lvl (I think 40), you no longer get any free training on pet days.

^^^ if the level is too high it doesn't even let you select the pet, so it wouldn't ask for payment.

I remember they "forgot" to announce another pet day (I want to say Hissi?) a while back so it was "belated" too. Turns out the free training went on as scheduled, they just didn't announce it so only the people who were really paying attention to the calendar got free training. No fair, but what do you do... :/

Surely TNT only announce a pet day as 'belated' when it lands on a weekend so there is no news for them to put it in.
