I saw one of the ones I didn't have earlier in the day on the front page (same place as where I picked up the meepit one), but didn't pick it up cause the boards were saying it was glitched at the time. So yeah, they're in the same place in the NCMall. There are some people that have gotten all 3 already (they were lucky yesterday).

Edit: The bags are now stocking in the NCMall at random intervals. At the moment, all I can recommend is that you keep refreshing and trying.

Just got the Spyder one...after about 2 hours of refreshing every 30 seconds, lol

Got a glimpse of the Meepit one after one of the refreshes but it had actually "sold out" in the 10 seconds it took to load! oy vey...maybe the Meepits are running the world, hehehe

I think I might have gotten it if I'd hit the little "continue" instead of the giant "close" on the confirmation pop-up the first time.

The (Meowclops) Halloween Goodie Bag may be glitched OR just very, very hard to get because everytime someone has seen it in the Mall, this is the message:
