Yea Halloween! I got all 3 goodie bags (I did open one a couple of days ago). Today I noticed that I have 50 NC which wasn't there before. I guess that's what we get for finding all 3 bags!!!!! I did open the other 2 bags just now---no background I did get an evil coconut mask, though.

you might have gotten to 50 nc from the 6 bags found around the site thats where i have gotten mine. i haven't opened mine yet i am waiting fro a prize of some kind but still nothing?

You don't receive the NC Mall prize (from the 3 NC Mall bags) unless you open them all I'm keeping mine in my Gallery, at least for now

OMG! I was away from neopets for a few days and i nearly missed this. But i got the meepit one @.@ now. crossing fingers for the next two....i hope that i can collect all of them tonight!

EDIT: I got the second one (Meowcolps) in the fifth refresh, and the last one (spyder) in the next ten minutes. Now that I have all 3, i don't know too, if i can bear to open them...Meepit is SOOO mesmerising
