I've added police, but it doesn't seem to have helped at all. Crime rate and unemployment are still at 1%.

Added a factory. Unemployment is finally at 0%!

Btw, adding population increases our ranks...so I should stop randomly adding pop when I go to a new computer at school.

Crime is still at 1%.
