For those topics one could describe as the forum equivalent of a twinkie. Word games, forum contests and giveaways are all the rage here.

Party 1
The golden light flashed again, and once more the group was where they had left off. Wind and pipsqueeek were both peering over the edge of the hole, trying to see if they could jump it. Alas, the hole was too wide and they were both far too cautious to avoid risking their lives by falling into an endless pit.
“Well, let's get going. The only way we can go is south,” Rachel said unhappily. There was a grumble from some of the other members of the party who would rather have gone North, but no one could deny that just was not possible.
So, south they went until the path before them turned west, so they went that way as well. Once again the path turned south, and then west once again. Once they had walked a few steps, they realized they had landed in another intersection.
“Well, you decide where you want to go and I'll listen to you... Now I need to lead that other party to where they need to stop next,” Erwit said, and then poofed into a ball of smoke, presumably to go to the other party.

Party 2
There was a bout of flame, and Erwit Mayesti appeared in front of the various memebers of party two. She glanced down, and frowned. “Well! That was backwards. I was supposed to leave in a flame, and appear in a ball of smoke... oh well, I'll just have to work on that.”
She then looked around at the party. “Well, let's move forward, shall we?”
Syrill started to lead the party, humming and skipping along, but Anvil pulled him to the back of the line. “We don't want you setting off another trap, Syrill!” Anvil told him, before taking his place in the front.
They didn't go north for very long. Soon, the path turned to the east, and then once more to the north. Then, in front of them, stood the great hedges of the maze – panicking, the group thought that they had run into another dead end, before they looked to their sides. Then they realized they did indeed have a choice of where to go.

Too cautious to risk
my life, yes, but what about risking other people's lives?

If you're sending scouts, make sure you say who you want to send, eh

Like, say, me! I'm ready for an adventure, y'all!

If Pink wants to scout, I say let her!

Good luck and be careful!
