The salt & pepper shakers look cute
Too bad they're gifts and are therefore useless.

I dont get it...whats a Box Snare Trap? Why is that strange mutant chia inside of one cooking something?
I like the colors of it and everything, but the holidayness of that animation is lost on me

I think it is like a Hansel and Gretel reference. The box trap is like gingerbread but also looks like a toy, so petpets can't resist. And then they get eaten by Florg.

I'm sort of disappointed because they still haven't given out a single BD item so far...
I really should train myself to not get my hopes up with Neopets because I'll just end up falling harder on the ground... face first!

Tried to collect prize for 12/14 and didn't get anything...
Second attempt gives an "Oops! Error: You already have the prize for this day!"
Hopefully the glitch will be corrected.

The same thing happened to me as well. I sent in a bug report, so we'll see how it goes.

I tried to collect my prize but it didn't work. I was thinking "Hmmm...maybe it is a joke that it is only loading half way." I was thinking maybe we'd get half a scarf or half a book or something...

Re: Advent Calendar reminder!
I'm glad I checked here before trying to collect the prize. I thought there was something wrong since the loading screen for the animation only gets to about half and then stops.
Is anyone else mildly disappointed by the items this year? Usually by this time, there's at least one or two items that stand out as being particularly useful or entertaining. This year, there's nothing striking yet for me. I'm hoping that things pick up a little bit in the next two weeks.

I didn't get anything either. Had to come here and see if it was just me or not.
Merry Christmas!

Nothing really exciting to me either, except of course for the super attack pea I got today.May wrote:I'm glad I checked here before trying to collect the prize. I thought there was something wrong since the loading screen for the animation only gets to about half and then stops.

ARGH! Figures.
I have no power thanks to the ice storm in the northeast US, so I went to my bf's in Mass. to enjoy some heat. I rush to the Advent Calendar to get my prize without checking here...darn it. I haven't been waiting for the animations to load lately, so I didn't think anything of it.
In the words of Charlie Brown...DRATS!
Hopefully they'll fix this soon. Bad enough I had to miss a day or two thanks to that lovely ice storm
