I don't know if it's related, but the wheel of monotony is doing the same thing for me... gets partway loaded and then gets "stuck". I didn't realize something was wrong with the advent calendar for that reason and tried to collect my prize- I figured my connection had just dropped for a second.

This happened the last year (or the year before that?). IIRC TNT just gave 4 prizes the next day, and said that two of them were given out "After a cruel joke by TNT".

There was problems last year with the advent calendar too as I remember hearing that the Green Apple Glitch occurred in the advent calendar last year.

Pooh! I tried to refresh, too... and all it gives me is "You've already collected your prize for today". Bah Humbug! I haven't missed a single day of AC in 4 years.... I sent off a Bug Report.. but it's Sunday, so I doubt it will get fixed. Hopefully they will give us 4 prizes tomorrow and extra neopoints. How disappointing...

Is it me, or has Neopets taken a nose dive this past year or so??? Hmmmmm....

I hope that those who tried to get today AC gifts when it was glitched are able to now (like how those who were affected by not being able to get a certain prize in the AAA game challenge were eventually able to claim their prize) as it wouldn't be fair to them.

That stinks. I tried to claim it about an hour ago -- I guess right before it was fixed. And while AC prizes are not as valuable as site event prizes, I don't hold out hope that TNT can fix such a simple thing. *prods siggy*

Well, I tried to claim them this morning so I wasn't able to get anything today. It stinks, but I guess neither of them were wearable or super cute or anything? Although the plushie is okay.

This stinks because during the first week, there was a glitch - but I sent a bug report and later in the day I was able to go back and claim the prizes. Today, the glitch was supposedly fixed but it still claimed I already have the prizes, which I don't. It's a bummer because now I have to "buy" them instead of getting them for free... what a pain. And I'm a premium member... I get to pay monthly for this mess anymore. I'm so disappointed with the way Neopets is going down hill.....
