Minority Rules Five - Winner announced!

Re: Minority Rules Five - QUESTION 3
Stu, I feel the same way -- it happened to me both rounds. And random.org only likes Pipsqueeek in this game.
Zilary, sorry for the 5 PM's with my answer -- my outbox kept saying it had no outgoing messages and I kept getting a "page not loading" after trying to send, so I had no idea any of them had gone through (I actually tried sending it probably 20 or 30 times, so it could have been worse). By the time I saw they'd all sent, you'd already read them so I couldn't unsend.

Re: Minority Rules Five - QUESTION 3
Mmm, I just had a very nice sushi dinner. *wanders in patting her food-baby*
Let's see, this week we were wondering what the antonym of old is.
Pipsqueeek, shrugged "New, of course" as she declares of answer on the board for all to see.
Siniri just submitted "young" six times in a row just to make sure I received her answer.
The verdict:
Young - [3] Siniri, YesItIsh, Pixa
New- [2] Pipsqueeek, loser
Did not submit - StuMan, Pardona (both lose a point)
Interesting, it seems like quite the pickle that both our previous winners would be in minority and if either of the majority swayed they would be in the majority regardless. Hmm...
Speaking of which, Zilary tosses Siniri (who seems a bit frustrated with her luck in this game) the mic:
"Who's going to win this round of Minority Rules, Pipsqueeek or somebody else?"
Answer by Sunday, February 1 at 11 PM EST (8 PM NST).

Re: Minority Rules Five - QUESTION 4
How does loser already have 4 points? She wasn't minority in all 4 rounds, and she was never sole minority...Zilary wrote:Somebody else - [3]Siniri, loser, YesItIsh
And shouldn't Pardona be still alive at -1, while Stu and Pixa should be tied at -2? (Yes, my goose egg is correct.)

Sorry, I apparently was very exhausted last night. I apologize for the point confusion. It is now corrected.
(I think I confused Pardona with Pixa and vice versa some of those times)

Re: Minority Rules Five - QUESTION 5
Up like a glass elevator according to Pardona?
Or down like an emo kid, feeling bummed like loser? (Even though she's close to winning)
Or finding the statistics of failing with Random.org for four times, as Siniri bitterly states?
Up - [2] Siniri, Pardona
Down - [3] YesItIsh, loser, Pipsqueeek
Did not submit - Pixa (eliminated, sorry)
This seems to be a relatively lucky round.
Go pipsqueeek:
"Abekfolinma. Capisonibensi or lonmopopinkai?"

Re: Minority Rules Five - QUESTION 6
Gesundheit, Pipsqueeek! Last time, I decided to stuff random.org and choose on my own -- looks like I made the right choice.

Re: Minority Rules Five - QUESTION 6
Okay, I only got two answers for question 6. I'll extend the deadline to Monday night. Please please, submit your answer.

Re: Minority Rules Five - QUESTION 6
I vote the two who submitted are both in the minority -- since "no answer" is the majority (assuming that I'm one of the two, of course).

Sighh, I tried to get everyone to answer and everyone answers majority. Oh well, is Pardona still in? I think he is because at this point, everyone who submitted questions should have had at least one of their questions posted. So, starting over:
As I was going to St. Ives, / I met a man with seven wives. / Every wife had seven sacks, / Every sack had seven cats, / Every cat had seven kittens. / Kittens, cats, sacks, wives, / How many were going to St. Ives?

Didn't we get this question in the previous game as well?

Re: Minority Rules Five - QUESTION 7
You know, technically, assuming that the man and all his wives and etc *are* actually going away from St. Ives, the answer would in fact be zero. Unless you're a wife. Which I'm not. Or a cat. Which I might be.
