Apparently, there is an elite society of people who order Arnold Palmers at Panera Bread, even though that isn't on the menu, much to the dismay of some of the people who work there.

Doesn't your panera have a self-service drink dispenser? Or is it the lemonade + green tea combo that gives you fits?

Actually, I don't work there; the woman who was ringing up my order just told me about the Arnold Palmer Orderers and how they used to bother her because she had no idea what they were (and the Panera I went to didn't have a self-service diespenser).
