'La Vie en Rose' and 'Love Me If You Dare'.

Amazing French films with subtitles. Some of the best movies I have seen in a loooong time. Watch it... you won't regret it.

Fantanstic 4: Rise Of The Sliver Surfer

The action and special effects were good but what was with Sliver being able to go through solid objects? I don't remember him being able to do that in the cartoon version.

I'm going to watch "My Girl". Apparently this is the biggest tearjerker in history.

Watchmen
It was very well done. Colorful, clean, and incredibly action packed. They didn't pull any punches with it. Some things were left out of course, with need of space and time, but it was all there. Heck, the ending even made more sense in that regard, though I loved how intricate the plot of the comic was. And if you really care that much, read the comic for everything else you're missing (which is what you are supposed to do). A very good movie...though I wonder why people got so intense about a certain blue man. I mean...it wasn't that big of a deal to me. Makes me wonder if everyone around me is a child.

I really enjoyed Watchmen actually. I like the darker edge these superhero movies are taken. X-Men etc. were too kiddish for me.

I hear Watchmen is on Imax now so I want to check that out too. That would be super.

I watched "My Girl"... wasn't that moved by it mmm... it wasn't the tear jerker I was expecting. Maybe I need to watch it again in a room full of girls to get the full effect.

The dark world of super heroism does seem to be the way the comic world is turning to, along with the anti hero: someone who isn't your PC straight laced do-gooder, but the one you root for all the same. Though I wonder when that will become cliche as well?

Last movie seen was...

For Y'ur Height Only

A midget James Bond rib off fighting bad guys to safe the world from drug dealers and destruction from a mysterious N Bomb. A midget James Bond. I am not lying. This movie is awful, but in that same light, entertaining because of it. Besides, for a guy that is under 3 feet tall, he makes a pretty good action star.

But a midget James Bond... that does sound fascinating on its own. I don't care if he is sleeping the entire movie... I want to watch it.

Changeling.
I enjoyed it. It was quite disturbing. Unexpectedly better than I thought it would be.

Marley & Me.
Awwh. It was cute.

Traitor.
From the previews it looked like a heavy action movie. Yet it wasn't. I was surprised I wasn't disappointed that it wasn't heavily action based. I liked the way it was shot, and the overall storyline.

I'm Not There.
I'd have to watch it again. I watched it late last night; when I was super tired.
So, I think I missed some things in it - because when I piece it all together, I only half get it. xD

27 Dresses
So, so bad. I don't enjoy Katherine Heigl so I don't really know why I watched this movie. I guess a plus is that I wasn't disappointed because I wasn't really expecting much. Also, James Marsden's face is much more squished than I remember it being.

I Love You, Man

A wonderful comedy about friendship, which really makes me happy to know I have friends in this day and age. Heck, I even have a guy nickname! Definitely a feel good movie, with very little conflict (a surprise, considering conflicts are supposedly what move stories forward).
