Forgotten Neo Birthday.

So, I forgot the birthday to a side account. Of my 4 accounts this is the only one I seem to have used a different birthday than my own. I'm an adult and I can only guess that at the time I may have been embarassed and actually made that account younger. I *think* I narrowed it down to 2 different months but am not sure on the day and year. None of my other accounts is neofriends with it, honestly I don't think it has any neofriends at all. There's nothing of value on it except 2 pets, UC Werelupe and Spotted Kau, I really want back (darn you customization!!!). I have the correct word and the e-mail for that account is still active. I talked to a Charlotte from Neo, from that e-mail no less, and she said the account has been inactive for too long. Apparently I can guess until I'm blue in the face and get my account back that way but she can't/won't help me. Should I keep pressing? Does anyone know someone else I should talk to? Any suggestions? Am I doomed? Have I asked enough questions?

Have you tried to add the account as a Neofriend? It doesn't need to be accepted in order for you to see the age. Otherwise, if Charlotte hasn't given you the birthday, I guess the only option is to continue guessing and hope you get it correct.

Actually, I think now you need to wait for the Request to be approved before you can view the age XD

There is the option to hide/show your age to Neofriends on the Preferences page. It must have been set to only show to VIP Neofriends or Hidden to All Neofriends

I don't believe there is another way to get the age, other than continuing to guess (although I may be wrong).
